From 16 - 20 June 08 myself and my Homeopath colleague will be giving free advice and information
on a variety of diffetent health topics at Broadbean Wholefoods in Ludlow. If you would like to pop in for

A Wellness Workshop is being held in Ludlow at the Friends Meeting House on the
30 August, 10am-3pm.
Another workshop is being held in Hereford at The Art of Living Centre on the 13th September,
10am-3pm.
In the workshop you will be given tools & techniques that can be used daily to enhance
your health & wellbeing. You will learn how to Reduce Stress, Feel Positive, Balance your
nervous system, Clear Tension Headaches, Reduce digestive tension, Boost your immune system,
