The Bowen Technique, Kinesiology, and Reiki & Seichem are all natural, holistic therapies that help to balance your body and help to maintain health and wellbeing.
In my Nailsworth practice I work with the therapy that best fits the needs of the individual at any one time. For example in the first session I may need to work with structural balance for you by using The Bowen Technique. Subsequent sessions may involve addressing other aspects such as emotional issues, allergies or nutrition. The skills I have enable me to find the best solution for the individual.
I also offer The Bowen Technique, Kinesiology and Reiki & Seichem from The Isbourne Holistic Clinic in Cheltenham.
I offer The Bowen Technique from Stroud Natural Health Clinic and The Wellness Spa, Richmond Villages, Painswick.
Therapy sessions are very gentle, non-invasive and suitable for all age groups and at all stages of pregnancy. A session usually lasts between 40 minutes and 1 hour.

The Bowen Technique – £35 -£45
Kinesiology – £40 – £45
Reiki & Seichem Treatment – £35 -£40
I generally recommend a course of three treatments which will allow us to make the most significant impact.
It may be that more or less treatments are needed – this will of course depend on the individual and what we are treating.
